I do not have my receipt can I still get my tool repaired under warranty?
Campbell Hausfeld requires proof of purchase for warranty work. If when you purchased your Campbell Hausfeld tool you submitted your warranty registration card we can retreive your purchase information.
Without proof of purchase it is possible to still repair your tool under
warranty. Please contact us with your model and serial numbers and we will
attempt to retreive your purchase information.
How long will my repair take and are there any additional
fees?
A typical warranty repair will take 5-7 days. Our service department will contact you with an estimated availability date after our technicians have determined the cause of failure.
Additional fees would only occur if your Campbell Hausfeld tool is not covered under
warranty. You will be contacted by our service department immediately if your
Campbell Hausfeld tool is not covered under warranty.
Nailer, Stapler, and Air tool warranty repairs include shipping back to you.
Campbell Hausfeld does not reimburse the
shipping charge to get your tool to a repair center.

all repairs carry a 90 day warranty.
