I need my Paslode nailer repaired under warranty.
Paslode warranties its
products to be free from defects for a period of one year. If during this warranty period you believe
your nailer has such a defect, you must
return the product or part with proof of purchase for repair, or
replacement of the defective part.
I do not have my receipt can I still get my tool repaired under warranty?
Paslode requires proof of purchase for warranty work. If when you purchased your
Paslode nailer you submitted your warranty registration card we can retreive your purchase information.
Without proof of purchase it is possible to still repair your tool under
warranty. Please contact us with your model and serial numbers and we will
attempt to retreive your purchase information.
How long will my repair take and are there any additional
fees?
A typical warranty repair will take about seven days. Our service department will contact you with an estimated availability date after our technicians have determined the cause of failure.
Additional fees would only occur if your saw is not covered under
warranty. You will be contacted by our service department immediately if your
Paslode was is not covered under warranty.
My Paslode nailer is not under warranty can I purchase parts?
Yes, simply let us know what you need by filling out the from below and we will contact you with pricing information.
We can also repair your tool for you. We will supply you with an estimate and
all repairs carry a 90 day warranty.
